At Emaar Community Management (ECM), our team members are trained to deliver world-class services in all aspects of community and association management. We manage large-scale communities with a tailor-made service delivery for our customers. Our modus operandi is derived from Law No. 6 of 2019 in the Emirate of Dubai that governs the management and principles of community and owners’ association management.

In addition, to other local and federal statutes on building management, maintenance, health, environment, safety and security, ECM is also governed by international standards such as ISO certifications related to quality, safety, environment, energy and asset management systems.

Emaar has a significant presence in several key global markets with established operations in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, India, Pakistan and Turkey.
Our projects include Marassi Residences in Bahrain, Emaar Misr (Egypt), Emaar India as well as local ventures such as Fujairah Residences, Eagle Hills and Nshama Properties among a few.
