While it is understandable that owners and real estate companies want to get maximum visibility to sell their property, signage at property should always comply with Community Rules. In accordance to the rules, only one sign may be posted per unit and has to be placed on the ground, near the garage or the front door.

Additionally, it should be placed within the villa premises only, subject to the specifications below:

  • Maximum size of the signage: 90cm x 65cm
  • Maximum height of the sign from ground level: 170cm
  • Or maximum height of the sign from compound wall: 120cm, whichever is higher.

Also, as per Community Rules, no signs, including banners and flags are to be placed on balconies, roofs, pillars and windows. Brush up on your Community Rules by clicking here.

15 September 2019

In our endeavour to raise road safety awareness among our residents and promote a safe environment, a community awareness campaign focusing on road and pedestrian safety was conducted early in 2018 with the aim to build a safer community by:

  • Ensuring road safety signs are followed
  • Adhering to community speed limits of 25km/hr by driving safely and slowly
  • Keeping an eye out for pedestrians

Community and security staff raised awareness by reminding residents and contractors of these community guidelines.

View our flyer on road safety for more details.

Emaar bags consecutive Property Management Company of the Year honours

Emaar Community Management (ECM) brought home the Property Management Company Of The Year Award at the 2019 Facilities Management Middle East Awards held at the JW Marriott Marquis hotel on June 19, 2019.

ECM was recognised for its stringent performance rating system to analyse the work of its service providers on site, to provide an accurate view of their contractual KPIs and SLAs which are also dependent on ECM’s KPIs and SLAs. With the use of automated processes running on home-grown smartphone applications, our systems allowed service providers to be evaluated openly on the software.

ECM engages its FM service providers through frequent recognition and reward programmes based on performance scores, motivating service providers to constantly improve their performance on service delivery.

The FM Awards recognised excellence in facilities management in the Middle East and drew competition from companies such as Deyaar Property Management, Provis, Transguard Group, Reliance OAM and Abdul Latif Jameel Land. Amidst euphoric scenes, the FMME Awards crowned 16 winners for their stellar contribution to the regional FM sector.

The spirit of Ramadan unites Emaar communities

09 June 2019

It’s because of them that our landscaping is perennially green, the streets are forever clean and the community is always safe. And what better time to appreciate their efforts than the season of giving? The Holy Month of Ramadan brought individuals from all echelons of the community closer, dissolving barriers as residents and their families embraced the occasion by showing their gratitude to the community’s service providers.

The ‘Serve our Service Providers’ events in Emirates Living and Arabian Ranches saw families and even children from the community’s schools volunteer in droves. Residents packed bags filled with bread, fruits, juices, laban, and even homemade snacks, that were handed out to the community’s workers.

The smiling volunteers even stepped behind food counters to serve meals for the people who help keep the neighbourhood bright and beautiful – a gesture that touched the hearts of many.

Across all Emaar communities, mosques served free daily Iftar meals. Gardeners, cleaners, MEP and security staff sat down with residents and their families to break their fast and share a meal together. Beit Al Khair boxes located outside community mosques were filled with clothes, while staff from Emaar Community Management offices donated boxes of food for the less fortunate. The streets glowed with decorative lighting, celebrating the sense of brotherhood and generosity of spirit that permeated all corners of the community.
