Volleyball court
A full size volleyball court is available to all residents of the Arabian Ranches II community. The sandy surface was designed to replicate the sensation of playing at the beach and cushion any falls – a common occurrence in the sport – allowing players to enjoy the game with complete freedom.
The volleyball court is open from 8 AM to 8 PM.

The Ranches Souk
The Ranches Souk – Arabian Ranches II spreads over two floors and has over 35 retail, F&B, and leisure outlets.
The cafés and F&B outlets include Coldstone Creamery, Caribou Coffee, Carluccio’s, Chez Sushi, Leila, McDonalds, Paul, and Bateel Café. Other outlets include Aster Clinic, Brooklyn Melodies Music Centre, ADIB for banking services, Orient Exchange, Party Zone, The Barber Shop, and Nstyle.
The retail choices at The Ranches Souk – Arabian Ranches II include fashion, food, accessories, and convenience stores. Anchored by a Carrefour outlet, the community mall has several stores open including Virgin Megastore, Hour Choice, Claires, Mothercare, MAC, Sketchers, Neal’s Yard Remedies, Early Learning Centre, Holland & Barrett, Al Jaber, Bin Sina Pharmacy, The Body Shop, Pet’s Delight, Sun & Sand, Tarsam and Mr & Mrs. Button. A Magic Planet, bringing a wealth of amusement games, operates on the first floor.

The Leisure Centre
Strategically located near the main entrance to the master community, The Leisure Centre is a lifestyle club featuring a swimming pool for children and adults as well as a jacuzzi for residents to use. The Leisure Centre also offers a variety of fitness and day care options in close proximity to home. With an outdoor parking area as well as numerous bicycle stands for added convenience, the centre is easily accessible by car, cycle or foot.
Fitness First, Costa Coffee, Cheeky Monkeys, and Burj Daycare Nursery are among the outlets available at The Leisure Centre.
Tennis courts
There are two full-size, state-of-the-art tennis courts open to all residents of Arabian Ranches II. Located in the Palma and Rosa communities, the courts are equipped with a number of features to ensure a comfortable playing environment including mesh fencing that keeps the ball in the court.
Markings on the court enable players to enjoy singles as well as doubles matches. The durable soft latex surface helps reduce the impact on joints, allowing players of all ages to enjoy the game with minimal discomfort.
The courts are open from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Swimming pools
All communities in Arabian Ranches II have their own swimming pools as well as a special shaded children’s paddling pool. The facilities are enclosed and supervised by a full-time lifeguard from 7 AM through to 10 PM, every day.
Each pool is set within a paved terrace, lined with sun loungers and parasols to provide shade. There are showers and changing rooms for residents too.
Residents may also appoint their own personal trainers (certified by Dubai Sports Council) to coach them at the community pool. For this, trainers are required to obtain their gate pass from the security gatehouse by submitting the necessary documents in order to gain access to the community.
Ranches Primary School
Located next to The Ranches Souk, Ranches Primary School offers UK National Curriculum with an emphasis on core development skills in subjects like English, Math, Arabic and Science. The Primary Curriculum is enhanced through a range of specialist activities that have been developed to meet the needs of an international community of learners to provide a holistic educational experience.

The pitch is also home to the community’s events, where thousands of residents gather for events such as the annual Halloween party.
