At The Top

The high point of any Khalifa experience is the view from At The Top, Burj Khalifa’s observation deck.
Located on level 124 of the world’s tallest tower, this observatory is destined to be the highlight of any visit to the Middle East. Throughout the journey to the top, visitors are entertained by a multi-media presentation of the exotic history of Dubai and the marvel of Burj Khalifa.
The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, although this may extend accordingly during peak seasons and sunset times. Guests of At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY can stay at level 148 for up to 30 minutes and then to continue the journey to level 125/124, where they can stay as long as they prefer. For visitors to level 124 who wish to view the sunset, advanced booking is recommended. Dedicated photo kiosks allow visitors to capture their memorable moments at At the Top, Burj Khalifa in a unique style. The entire At the Top experience is wheelchair accessible.
Foundry is a progressive art, cultural, and co-working space located on Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai. A great addition to the art and culture scene in the city, it is home to a podcast room, a library, a co-working space, a café, and of course, amazing works of art.
The art space will host a comprehensive programme of art exhibitions, workshops, entertainment and talks, as well as an inspiring environment for multidisciplinary activities elevating the arts and cultural scene of the UAE.
There is a small corridor with reading pods and is the perfect spot to flip the pages of a book or to get some creative thinking done. Visitors will even find steps leading upstairs to ‘The Room’, a space that can be used to create and record podcasts.

Dog park
Your community features a dog park, providing dog owners with the ideal spot to allow their canines off-leash in a safe setting.
Strategically located, the park is situated away from neighbouring apartments to ensure minimal disturbance for other residents in the neighbourhood. The dog park is open from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
Note: Owners are advised to refrain from bringing pet treats or toys to the dog park.
The dog park is located beside Alka 3 community along Street 6.
Outdoor library
People are more addicted to their screens than ever before. And we decided to do something about it. Our solution was refreshingly old school – an outdoor library by the lakeside behind Arno.
It’s open all day, every day! This community hangout is perfect at sundown too. With LED lights and misting fans, its always a great time to grab a book and lounge by this library.
Feel free to slide any of your old books into the shelves when picking up a new one; the outdoor library runs on resident contributions, so do avoid placing books that are falling to pieces!
If you’re taking any of the books home with you, remember to sanitise it before you keep it back when you’re done.
The library is located next to the lake behind the Arno community.
Outdoor kids’ play area
The community has an outdoor kids play area on street 3A beside Caribou Coffee. Families can bring their children outside to enjoy the weather and have fun with their friends.
The facility opened in November 2017 and is available to use on a first-come, first-served basis for all residents of The Greens & Views. The play areas are shaded and are open from 7:30 AM to 10 PM.
Play equipment include a spire net, double play tower, carousel, junior spica, spinner bowl and a swing for the kids to engage and enjoy!
The Backyard
An organic garden developed by Emaar Community Management, The Backyard was unveiled and dedicated to the Golden Age Group of the community, as part of our efforts to foster a sense of appreciation towards the senior citizens.
Known as The Backyard, the garden is home to 41 varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Plants include jasmine, basil, spinach, chikoo, almond, guava, grapefruit, lychee, chilies, sweet potato, lemongrass, and marigold, among others. More plants have been added to the backyard, making it a perfect place for the senior citizens to practice their basic gardening skills and relax both bodies and unwind.
The Backyard is located on street 3 opposite the central lawn in The Greens & Views and is a frequented spot for the seniors.
Tennis court
There is one full-size tennis court available to residents of The Greens and Views. The outdoor court is enclosed with a high fence and is surfaced with soft latex.
Please note, it is necessary to book the court if you wish to play. You may reserve the court by logging into this portal using the LOG IN button on top or the Emaar One app and selecting ‘amenities reservations’ from the menu bar.
If you would like to enrol a personal trainer, please apply for a NOC using the application for no objection certificate (NOC) to hold training in community facilities like tennis courts, pools, and gyms*(and refund of security deposit).
Group training is conducted at the facility only on Sundays and Wednesdays, from 4 PM to 8 PM. If you are interested, contact info@futureprotennis.com and make a booking.
*Personal training at gyms is suspended at the moment owing to COVID-19 restrictions.
Lakes and paths
The Greens & Views is designed as a complete community, with all of its amenities accessible on foot as well as by car. There are two large waterways that separate The Greens from The Views, with paths and quiet areas of grass from which to enjoy the friendly neighbourhood atmosphere.
There are fish in the lake and many varieties of birds are attracted to the area with its lush green plants and quiet shaded spots.
Emaar Business Park
Part of The Greens & Views community, Emaar Business Park occupies a prime position, just off Sheikh Zayed Road, next to the Emirates Golf Club; with Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City on the opposite side.
There are four buildings within the business park and a stand-alone multi-storey car park, as well as guest parking outside. Areas available for lease range from 4,065 square feet (quarter floor) to 19,340 square feet (full floor).
