Emaar encourages sustainability in all of its business practices, and we urge residents to do their bit for the environment too. In order to make this easier, recycling stations are located at The Meadows Souk and The Lakes Club.
As part of a sustainability initiative, a recycling programme is also present in your community. All homes get an outdoor recycling bin at no additional cost.
Separately, a smaller bin is also provided to residents to be kept indoors, preferably under the kitchen sink to collect all recyclable waste. Once full, it can be emptied into the bigger recycling bin outside.

Address Montgomerie boasts a 7,396-yard championship golf course designed by eight-time European Order of Merit winner and Ryder Cup star Colin Montgomerie, in association with Desmond Muirhead. As well as offering petrol to its customers and the regular services of a garage forecourt, the complex in The Meadows has a large retail side too. Auto Pro is available for all sorts of servicing and preventative maintenance requirements including a vehicle valeting service; whilst the Zoom shop sells drinks and snacks and has a café section.
