Dubai Hills Mall is open

Working out outdoors is a fantastic way to keep fit while enjoying nature. Get set to take your gym sessions outdoors as five new exercise areas are almost here.

  • Opposite Al Reem 2
  • Between Mirador & Savannah
  • Alvorada open park

The area is shaded under a robust canopy and you will find something for every fitness requirement including runners, ski runners, shoulder pull, and stationary bicycles.

Few tips to remember:

  • Do warm-ups first. It increases blood flow and temperature in the muscles to help decrease the risk of injuries.
  • No matter what the weather, hydrate!
  • Bananas are ideal for giving your muscles a boost before you begin your session. Have one or two around ten minutes before your session.
  • Don’t forget to keep masks on except during strenuous exercise – and remember, community gym rules apply.

New chess park in the block

It’s the perfect time for the outdoors with cool weather and warm sunshine – what better time for a stimulating game of chess! Your community just got its very own chess park situated beside the tennis court at Street 2A.

Temporary closure of Dog Park

01 September 2021

Great news for dog lovers! Exciting new developments are planned for the dog park in Dubai Hills Park. Proposed works will include new play equipment and landscape upgrades at the amenity. The project lasts from 02 September 2021 until 30 September 2021.

During this period, the current dog park will be temporarily closed to facilitate the improvement work. An alternate temporary dog park has been set up at the open parking area adjacent to Mulberry (marked in the map below). Residents and their pet handlers are requested to abide by the dog park rules at all times.

Cricket fever at DHE!

29.07.2021. A day to remember. Marking the kickoff of the Emaar Premiere League!

A wholesome indoor cricket tournament for the young and older residents of DHE, the event lasted ten power-packed days. The ICC Academy hosted the event at their indoor play area and witnessed a match that proved as thrilling as promised.

Catch the highlights here:

  • The tournament comprised five teams – Green Titans, DHE Challengers, DHE Warriors, DHE Knights and DHE Super Kings.
  • The teams included children as young as seven years and saw an amazing response in what was the first ever community sports tournament.
  • The seven-match series took place with four league matches, two semi-finals and a final.
  • DHE Challengers took the champion trophy with Greens Titans, trailing as runners-up.

Go green, go electric

Marina Quays’ very own electric vehicle charger is here!

Enter the parking area on the ground floor next to the security gatehouse, using your access card. The EV charging station is located at parking bays painted in green for visibility.

All you need to do is:

  • Register your details with your community security to receive an account confirmation.
  • Upon activation, you can scan the QR code found next to the charging socket and select the amount of charge required.
  • Log in to the app and make the payment. Once payment is confirmed, charging will begin. To stop charging, tap ‘end charging session’ on the app or unplug the charging cable from the vehicle. Note: Please make sure to move your car once it’s charged to make room for other users.

Note: As part of DEWA’s EV green charger initiative, users can access 300 charging stations across Dubai until December 31, 2021. RTA provides free parking, reduced vehicle registration fees, and exemption from the Salik tag fee for electric vehicle users.

RTA bus service

15 June 2021

Residents, visitors and staff alike can now take advantage of increased mobility as RTA has extended it’s bus service to include Emaar South. Buses will be available from 6:20 AM – 10 PM and will run every thirty minutes.

As of now, this service is accessible at the bus stop between Golf Views and Gold Links, opposite the entrance to South Village. However, more stops within Emaar South will be soon added to the list.

The RTA bus can be used to access the metro station near Emaar South – the nearest one being the UAE Exchange station, which will be an approximately 17 minute journey.

0% interest CSF payment

Residents can now avail of 0% interest options when paying their community service fee.

To help ease the payment of community service fees in light of the ongoing situation, Emaar Community Management has approached multiple banks to offer zero percent interest payment options for service fee payments, for our residents and homeowners.

Additionally, service fees have also been reduced, through renegotiation of service provider contracts and energy-saving measures.

In order to avail of the easy payment options, simply get in touch with any of the below banks –

Tools you can borrow

A toolbox is now available on a to-borrow basis.

A handy toolbox is now available on a to-borrow basis with your community’s security/concierge. The kit comprises a hammer, three screwdrivers, a set of four hexkeys, spanner, plier, measuring tape, box-cutter and electric tape.

To borrow the toolbox, simply reach out to your community’s security or concierge to check its availability, head over and register your details before picking it up.

Aim to return the toolbox in good condition, within a day to make sure all residents have easy access to it. Don’t forget to sanitise the tools after you’re done with the toolbox.
